Do I need an account to report a find?
No. The report form asks only for the serial number, the date found and the coordinates.
Who can see the location I submit?
Only authorised store admins. Coordinates are never displayed on the public site.
My serial number was not recognised
Double-check characters that look alike (0/O, 1/I, 5/S). Serial numbers use letters, numbers and dashes only.
Can the same item be reported more than once?
Yes. Each find is recorded separately, so an item found again later can be reported again.
How long does shipping take?
